1. General Terms

By purchasing a LEARND course, lesson package, or other service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable course details, pricing, schedule, package terms, and policies presented at the time of purchase.

LEARND reserves the right to update these terms and policies as needed. Any changes will apply to future purchases unless otherwise stated.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the LEARND website are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are based on individual enrollment unless a group or corporate rate is specifically stated. For group courses, the listed price applies to the specified group or course package.

Payment must be received in full before the start date of the course or package in order for enrollment to be confirmed and the course to begin.

Payment processing fees may be incorporated into the listed package price to account for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

All sales are considered final unless a refund or cancellation is permitted under the policies outlined below.

3. Course Packages and Package Validity

Course packages are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Students are responsible for completing all included lessons or credits within the applicable package period.

Unless otherwise stated in the course terms, unused lessons or credits remaining after the package expiration date are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or extension.

4. Attendance and Missed Lessons

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled lessons and arriving on time.

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. When adequate notice is provided, the student will receive one additional credit to use toward a future lesson, subject to the applicable course or package terms.

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson will be considered used and no additional credit or refund will be provided.

If the teacher is late or unable to attend a scheduled lesson without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the student will receive an additional credit or be entitled to reschedule the missed lesson at no additional cost.

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, LEARND may, at its discretion, make an exception to this policy.

5. Package Cancellation and Refunds

If a student or LEARND terminates a course package before its scheduled end date, the student may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the package.

Any refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused lessons or credits. The cost of completed lessons will not be refunded.

Any applicable payment processing fees charged to LEARND by a third-party payment provider may be deducted from the refund amount.

After the package expiration period has passed, unused or unscheduled lessons or credits are no longer eligible for a refund.

6. Group and Employer Attendance Policies

For employer-sponsored, corporate, or group courses, LEARND is responsible for delivering the agreed-upon instruction and course services. LEARND is not responsible for enforcing internal attendance, scheduling, or participation policies established by an employer or organization.

Employers and organizations are responsible for establishing and communicating their own internal attendance requirements for employees or participants.

7. Third-Party Services

LEARND may use third-party platforms and services to facilitate enrollment, scheduling, payments, video lessons, communications, or other aspects of course delivery. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

LEARND is not responsible for interruptions or technical issues caused by third-party platforms that are outside of LEARND's reasonable control.

8. Changes to Course Schedules

LEARND may make reasonable changes to course schedules, instructors, or course delivery arrangements when necessary. If a change materially affects a student's enrollment, LEARND will make reasonable efforts to notify the student and provide an appropriate alternative when possible.

Please note that this section refers to changes made by LEARND to course schedules or course delivery. It is separate from the student's ability to request a different recurring session or schedule for a future week, which is governed by the applicable scheduling and enrollment policies shown in the student portal.
